Complaint Review: VIP Travel

We purchased a membership with VIP during a sales presentation in Savannah. Basically paid $3596.00 for a travel service that is incapable of booking any vacation, much less booking a vacation for less than any other travel service.

We tried to use their services several times - they couldn't even get us the travel we requested! Had to go back to the usual internet travel sites to book our travel. Now they want us to pay more to use their new website as they are shutting down the old website. Avoid these scammers at all costs!
