VIP Travel Incentives ripoff refused to respond back to me about refund after they told me I would receive one Tucson Arizona

I purchased a travel package in March 2006. One of the incentives for purchasing was a free 3 day 2 night trip thru VIP Tracel Incentives. After sending VIP my $100 deposit and requested travel dates, they notified me that the days selected would not be available and more money would have to be paid. The check was deposited to an account in Texas so I guess they have an office there too.

Nobody answers the phone and their voicemail box is always full so you can't leave a message. I was finally able to leave a message on 4/11/06 and 4/24/06. Each time I requested for someone to call me back. I finally received a call back from VIP on 5/2/06.

They stated on 5/2/06 that they would process the refund and to look for it in 8 weeks. If I didn't receive it then I needed to call them back.

I called on 7/11/06, 7/20/06 and 7/24/06. Each time I left a message and nobody would return my phone call. Now everytime I call I am told the voicemail box is full.
