Complaint Review: VIP Travel Reservations Inc.

VIP Travel Reservations Inc. offered to provide free air travel for my wife and me to and from any two airports in the US.  Together with a "free cruise", this was the inducement for us to join a travel club. 



VIP makes it extremely difficult to reserve flights, because you have to give them two different options at least 90 days apart.  We complied with all of their requirements.  Now they say they have no availabiity.  They also required a deposit, which they now offer to return with no flights.



This is fraudulent.  And a ripoff.
