We booked air, hotel and other accommodations package through this Hajj travel agency which turned out to be a complete scam and fraud. They took our money and passports and waited til the last minute to get our Visa approved via the Saudi Arabia embassy. They told us lies after lies and at the end, we were unable to go and these guys are trying to deny us our refund.
These guys and this company is bogus and scam artists and I warn you DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM.

VIP Travel promised a service/product in exchange for money, and didn't deliver anything in return and are not issuing a full refund, if a refund at all.
If you pre-ordered the new iPhone, and right as it was going to be delivered Apple notified you that the shipment of iPhones was damaged in the shipping process and hence they will only issue you a partial refund because you are partially liable since you already bought the iPhone in advance. How would you feel? Does that make any sense? You would say fraud.
VIP Travel is trying to hold customers liable for services that they failed to deliver, for whatever reason. Moreover, VIP Travel DID NOT disclose to it's customers of the risk of not receiving visas, and the risk that customers would lose thousands of dollars. Instead they lied about services that they couldn't deliver and are trying to deny refunds.
That's why VIP Travel is a fraud/scam.

Dear Brothers & Sisters ,
I don't understand why we need too do Fraud for Hajj Business, That's not Possible - As being good Muslim, we know that Allah is helping we do believe on Allah all of them,
How come the 1.5 Million dollars were in our office account and we paid to airlines $800000.00 for Ticketing - every person ticket has been issued almost 2-6 Months before - We paid $600000.00 for Hotel accommodation for your stay and plus we paid for mina tent and food transportation - If we were Fraud why we need to pay money to Airlines+Hotel+Food+ Transportation in Advance, Our Muslim brothers don't know - the Visa number was issued by Hajj Ministry of Saudi Arabia but Consulate denied in New York, We have to have time to find out what was the reason - If British Embassy Denied Visa - we are saying nothing - but if Saudi Embassy denied Visa - we are angry with Travel Agent he is Fraud he is b*****d he is Scam - why we are so Cheap now,
We are working with Airlines and Hotel peoples - to get money back to you, We almost Lost Half Million Dollar - We will mail the checks to all of our Customers once we receive money from Airlines and Hotel,
