Complaint Review: Vip Visa /icard Services

I apparently applied online for a credit card, for a VIP visa pre-paid card.

I did not give them my bank account information and was not told on the web site of the exorbitant charge of $159.00 taken out of my checking account!

I was furious. I called the company up and they almost didn't want to help me. Eventually the man said that II can submit a refund via fax for the amount of $100..He said I was out of luck getting my $59.00 back. Shame on them. I am hopping that the dishonest company will even refund my $100.

Please stay away from this company and don't fill out any credit card online if possible.
