VIPFARES ripoff NO ANSWER TO ALL THEIR PHONE LINES OR E-MAILS Iowa
I bought tickets from vipfares and then had to change the dates. I sent e-mails no response. I finally got a person who gave me an address to send the tickets overnight and it was sent to Expedia who has nothing to do with VIP FARES and a representative called me and spent an hour and a half helping me call all 11 numbers I had to no avail.They are sending back my tickets and I can't get anyone to help me change the dates and now it has ruined my vacation. I can't believe such an operation exsists and they take your money and will not help you.
Globe Travels is their agent that sends the tickets and they also will not help and actually hung up on us while we were trying to resolve this problem.
I will never book on line again. Back to a real travel agent that can be trusted.

I was in the exact same position as you on changing the date on my airline ticket after many flustrating phone calls and unansered e-mails I finaly decided to e-mail globe travels just to see if they could help in any way well was I suprised when in less than an hour a nice gentleman called me and said that he had gotten my e-mail and saw that there was no problem in changing the date of my flight ecept I had to pay a penalty which I was willing to do so in 5 min. he had my date of flight changed no problem.of course I fired a nasty e-mail bact to vipfares.if you wish you can e-mail me at woldridge1@aol.com and I will give you the mans name that helped me if it is not to late for your trip.
