VIPMotoZ They will not honor the warranty that the items were purchased under. Vero Beach Florida
Item was purchased on August 23 2019 on Ebay from VIPMotoz for $398.99. eBay order # 06-03779-10222. The items purchased were in a bundle consisting of a headlight set, turn signal set and a tail light set with a lifetime warranty.
The headlights started to haze after a year and a taillight developed an internal short after 2 years. I contacted the company to inquire about next steps to get the problems remedied. Their response was that the lifetime warranty only applies to removable parts. This is not what was stated in the listing, the listing said “Lifetime Parts Warranty Unique program offering free parts replacement on purchased products" The parts I bought are in fact removable or there would be no way to replace them. Lastly, if they are referring to removable parts on the parts I bought there are none, so it doesn’t make any sense to sell it with a lifetime warranty if it doesn’t apply to the parts I purchased.
The business refuses to take any responsibility.
