Complaint Review: VIPStore

I also ordered 2 pairs of the night vision glasses and have not received them. it's now 10 weeks since I ordered and in calling for the 3rd time they said my money had been refunded at the 6 week mark. I've been thru all of my accts. and no refund. when I asked why they refunded instead of sending the product they hemmed and hawed about a cancellation, which I hadn't done, then finally told me they didn't have the product at this time and that's why. they hurriedly told me the confirmation number of the refund and said someone would call me within 24 hr. well, needless to say, no such call has been made. I ask where it was being shipped from and they said China. well, now I know. this is the 2nd time I've ordered something and it was to be shipped from China and I never got it. Wonder why they get rich, by scamming people out of their hard-earned money. Going to the bank tomorrow and register it as a fraudulent company. They helped the last time.
