I own a Kymco scooter which was bought brand new from Virgil Naff. A 3-year warranty was purchased with it, extended from the original 2-year warranty. At about 3600 miles the engine quit, and was rebuilt under warranty by Virgil Naff (which took them just under 2 months to do). Several months ago (and 3-4 months later after I got it back the first time), it quit again, supposedly needing another rebuild at about 6600 miles. Oil was changed regularly in the engine, even more often than required. Virgil Naff, after having it for close to 3 months, now refuses to honor the warranty and is trying to charge me $30 a day storage. The refuse to honor the warranty for which they were paid (over $400 extra). This company is a fraud and a ripoff artist.
