Okay so I have been playing nba 2k14 on virgin gaming for months and  about 2 months ago my account was banned for having "a multiple account" even though my neighbors were the ones playing in my appartment next to me and the rules state you must be in seperate households which we were it was just we used the same internet. I had about 500 dollars on the account which i made in profit and now my account is blocked. I have tried for weeks to get a hold of support but they just ignore me now . I have sent 20+ emails to them and i get no response even though iwas told i would get a answer within 48 hours. I even talked to the "head of security and fraud" guy his name was mario. he told me they would do in investigation which would take 48 hours and its been atleast 200+ hours and no response. this site is a scam and theyre  straaight stealing my money. I have pictures of the messages they sent me from the head of security if this has happened to anyone else please contact me. I want to file a lawsuit if possible

I was recently contacted by Virgin gaming and I recieved my account back. It was brought to my attention that some minor details were not included in my original file which should also be tooken into consideration. Due to the reasons stated I Will not be pursuing a lawsuit at this time. Thank you
