Virgin Mobile keeps changing the rules and moving the goalposts. I had $173 in credits which they said I could use to pay monthly charge. Then they changed it and said no.

They increased my monthly charge over that which their customer service person said and said sorry, "it is due to a syatrem update".

They agreed to refund an overcharge, then said it would have to go to a supervisor for review.

All the while I have been talking to their people in Nicaragua and The Phillipines who could not/would not let me talk to someone in the U.S.
