I have had Virgin Mobile 3G broadband for two years now. Service was once adequate, now gets slower all the time. The broadband is constantly dropping signal and I must restart it several times a day.

Your broadband use is throttled after 5 gigs of use per month. But, even if you don't use it often, you never, never get anywhere near the speeds advertised! It seems to always be throttled even if you don't exceed the 5gig ceiling.

My speed is about 14k, about 1% of what is advertised. 

Customer service is an unimaginably bad. You are on hold for an average of 20 minutes and when you do get a service rep on the phone, that can't speak English, and they can only read from a script. It is impossible to ask a question and get an answer that isn't already scripted.  

Avoid this company at all costs.  It's impossible for me to overstate my loathing for this company and their abominable  broadband service, and incompetent and non-English speaking phone reps.

Shame on Richard Branson for this abysmal "service"!!
