New Virgin Moble "Stunt"Cel phone purchased Aug 20th 2012 on 36 month lease @ $35 / month Defects included 'Message unavailable' on many inbound calls, Calls very often terminated imediately when sent. Incoming calls dropped if cel phone not opened in 2 or 3 seconds. My user name was 'not on file'
Initial password could never be confirmed, PIN # failed. October 12th 2012 I contacted Customer service, after being transferred to 2 other locations. Finally Krista - employee # 6061622 agreed to cancel the lease and reduced my liability to $113. which I paid - only had 1.5 months use as above
Now the head bullies at Bell appear to have over-ruled her and are threatening a new final balance and cancellation fees, as well as 'we will proceed into the collections process for recovery ' and to convey these lies to the credit bureaus. If so they will be reading a series of news releases soon
I have a 34 page file on all this; about 36 hours work. In fairness, the rich hippie, Sir Richard Branson of limey land, has long since disassociated himself from these greedy villains
