 well to make a long story short we left fido went to virgin ,but virgin is useless where i live with coverage-so the wife only had a sim card i got a new phone-we left them within 14 days and i shipped the phone back.they sent me a bill for 23.00 which i paid then they wanted 70 then 90 then 110 dollars all the while saying the wife didnt return her phone(she never got one) and they had mine next we get a bill for 170 $ saying they didnt get my phone-spoke to 3 reps said they all created cases (none did they lied) and they promptly gave it to collections.Two weeks ago i told a manager he created cases but never heard back.Now i wait with credit calls everyday-what a shakedown beware- crooks
