I ordered a cell phone for my son's birthday. Paid the 12 dollars for one to two day shipping. ( That was my first mistake)
It's now been almost
five days and still no phone. I've called them four times
thinking
maybe someone could tell me where the package is or possibly give me a tracking number so I could trace it and see where it was... the first person I spoke to barely spoke English and transferred me to someone else. They told me I had to wait 3 to 6 days, I then told them I paid extra for one to two day shipping.
Their excuse-
"we haven't received a tracking number from fed ex yet" and "
you should have your phone by the end of the week"..ugh
I have asked that the money I paid for the express shipping be refunded to me, and the lady I spoke with refused to do it. I asked to speak with her supervisor, she put me on hold while she
"looked to see if she could find someone" I was on hold for
fifteen minutes I eventually hung up.
Virgin Mobile's customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! I couldn't get a straight answer from anyone.
This phone was ordered on Saturday. It's now Wednesday evening, no fed ex, no tracking number.
I'm so upset, this was a birthday present for my son's 18th birthday..
Seems like I may have been scammed for more than just the 12 dollars shipping, but the whole 150 dollars for the phone.
If I don't get it today, I'm gonna call, and yes I will raise hell, again.
Note to anyone who orders a cell phone from them:Don't order on a weekend. they won't even begin
to process your order till Monday.
Don't pay for express shipping, you'll be wasting your money.
Don't bother calling either, you'll be transferred over and over
and not get a straight answer from anyone!!
