i got a evo phone online,paid with debit card,phone deliverd ups virgin moble was unable to program it.

after 10 calls they told me to send it back.i sent it back at my own expense fedex to plainfield ind return center.i was told it would be refunded in 10 days.after 50 days and 30 additional calls to get a refund.i am

getting one bullsht story after another.so they got my $325.and i spent 50 hrs on phone calling get hung up on,call back explain the same story over and over they put you on hold for 1 hr and then hang up.after all this i have had enough so it looks like we will be suing them for all my time and agrivation.dont use virgin mobile.

they are staffed by people that are trained to talk nice and appologize eevery 2 seconds but they are very good at avoiding the answer of when i will get my refund.now they will pay lawyers and my refund.now i feel like a virgin on my wedding night,getting stuck scott in fla.
