I recently purchase a pre-paid service and a new WildCard phone from Virgin Mobile's web-site. After a week, I found the same phone at half price at Target store, so I returned the phone purchase from Virgin Mobile back to them for a full refund - perfectly within VM's return policy. I then activated the phone I purchased from Target on my pre-paid account. Virgin Mobile received my returned phone, but refused to credit me for it. So, I contacted my credit card company who got me a refund for the phone I returned. But now, Virgin Mobile has suspended my pre-paid account claiming that I never returned the phone to them inspite of showing them a UPS receipt that shows that they did indeed received the phone. GFurthermore, they have locekd my phone that I purchased from Target store. Their 'so called' customer service people are rude, unhelpful, uninformed, unfriendly, and have no regard for the company's image or customer loyalty. So, right now, I am out of about $50 pre-paid charges plus $60 phone which belongs to me but cannot be used because these morans have locked it up.

This company does not deserve to be in business. The leadership/management (if exists in new Jersey) seems to be incompitent or are bunch of crooks!
