Complaint Review: virgin mobile2go

I have purchased not once but twice for different services as to test them out and they were both monthly accounts .

1st - I purchased the 55.00USD monthly plan for Virgin mobile2go which gives you 250 hours of web browsing, 20 hours of video and 1,000,000 emails need say i use it at work and i only work 4 days per week at 8hours a day however i only use the VM2G about 2 hours each time so i am using exactly16 hours in a 2 week period but with virgin mobile i am capped off within a 2 week period and have to pay another 55.00 USD 2 weeks before my month is up making it a total of 110.00USD per month instead of 55.00 USD per month. so i am not getting the 250 hours at all and i don't watch videos or anything except use the internet for search purposes only.

Usage also are doubled when using the mobile2go as well if i log in it will say i used 1079.3mb but when i calculate the actual usage via my account i only used 258.2mb

Just purchased the 35.00USD plan which allows   100 hours of web browsing, 8 hours of video and 400,000 emails, again i use the internet only same time frame of 2 hours per 4 day work day thats 8 hours per week times that by a month i only used 16 hours in a month but here it is not even 2 weeks in with 2 weeks left they say my usage is almost depleted and i need to pay them another 35.00USD need say i still have 2 weeks to go on my month, so how is it i am not getting my 100 hours or 250 hours of browsing , usage are doubled making my usage deplete and always have to pay every 2 weeks instead of a month?

This company is ripping people off and they needs to be investigated on their usage and hour of browsing that are not being exactly as they advertise.

Thus they are giving false advertising nd being deceitful .
