I've been having a problem with my picture megs and surfing the web since I bought the phone. I tried trobuleshooting it number of times, but still having the same problems.. I called the 611 c.s number andall they do is put me on hold, and hang up on me! Today i had been on the phone for three hours just to get a dial tone in my face andall of them say the same thing.So I call back and ask to speak to a superviser and the said hold please, then hung up on me. This been going on for three months now.. and my problem still haven't been solve..but they wanna charge me of services that I have used yet.. So what kind of sh*t is that!!!!
