Complaint Review: virgin moibile

virgin moibile assurance wireless wanted to change my cell phone company to assurance wireless virgin mobile turned my phone and said i did'nt send back a bad phone back. i did send it back. this have been over 5years ago. why now tha Internet, Internet

was using virgin mobile cell phone company. which is a pre paid phone. had the phone for over 5 years. now that they have free phones for seniors. i went with that company.which is assurance wireless. vinrgin mobile is now telling me i did'nt turn in a phone that i had to send back that was broke. the company send me a another phone at that time. i send the phone back. just like they ask. this was over 5 years ago. they never said any thing about they did'nt get the phone. when i wanted to change companys. then they are saying they want want there phone back.tryed talking to thim on the phone. no one cold help me. now they have turned my phone off. and want give me my money back. what can i do?
