Before I signed up to Virgingaming, I read the FAQ and T&C. It
turned out that they didn't restrict accounts from the same household.

My nephew signed up first and told me about it. So when I tried to
withdaw this massive amount of money that is when they blocked by my account.

After numerous complaints they gave me this reply 'accounts under same
 household will automatically be assumed as multiple account'. But in
their FAQ it defines multiple account as 'a person with more than one
account'. I have one account only.

 I saved the T&C when I got banned incase they would change it to scam me. It turns out they updatedthe rule 'Additionally, Virgin Gaming only allows users to have one
account per household' this was added to T&C after I was banned.

I have sent them proof of the previous Terms and condition that didn't
have this rule and they're still refusing to pay! I have been scammed
out of a lot of money and I don't know what to do. Please help.
