Hmmmm idk where to even to begin.Well i checked out there website and read up on it and it sounded like a good deal so i said why not?? Lets try it..Well i bought the device on 3/1/2011 for 149.88 and a $40.00 card as thats wat the box,flyers&site said there service was. so i bought it at walmart and went home and i opened it to activate it and couldnt figure it out so i called customer service for help.As i got customer service and they were setting up my account we got to a point where i was to choose a plan i told her that i wanted to go with the unlimited plan..she said ok how would u like to pay for it i said i have a $40.00 upload card,she said oh it's not $40 it's $50.00 now as i was jst on there site the day before and it said $40.00,So i said that i only had a $40.00 card..So i really started to ask questions and all and said that was misleading the customers bla bla bla. So she asked if i still wanted to finsh up my account & as i was upset i said ill call u back.So i hung up.So i gave it some thought and couldnt return it as its a electronic and couldnt so i was stuck with a $149.88 & device & $40.00 card now.So i gave it some thought and said well i guess $50.00 isnt still to bad for unlimited internet.So i ran back to town to radio shack to get a upload for another $10.00 & expained on wat happened,they said yeah we didnt even know that they went up untill someone came in to upload there account again,so they did even know they went up in price as walmart didnt either.Its sad that they dont even let the retailers that sell there products know so they can tell the customers. So anyways,I got back and went online to there site to finsh up my account and got that all done.I am a heavy internet user and it went great untill 3/3/2011 and then it keep kicking me offline so i looked at me account and saw that they have a cap on the fast speeds of like 768mb or something like that but it said u still have internet at 1/2 speed..I wasn't happy at that point but what can u do?? So im like well at least i got internet still. dial up is faster then there 1/2 speeds really...So time goes on and everyday after that it booted me off at least 5-8 times a day and took 15-25 mins to reconnect..So i called customer service many many times sometime 2 or 3 times a day everyday...Then 3/14/2011 it booted me off again so i called once again and was on hold for about 30 mins to be told oh well our systems are down to update or services,it could be 1 hr to 3 hrs.yeah come on now..and i would be credited $10.00 for all my troubles as they see that ive called many times for the same thing which never happened either...So sure enough 3 hrs later i was back up online again..Things went good for about a hr or so and booted me again another 25 mins to reconnect called again they were closed go figure.So i was finally able to get it to connect again after 25 mins,but keeped booting me off and 25 mins to get reconnected,same thing keeped happing and booting me.So 3/15/2011 keep doing it so i called again and this time i had enough and when customer service answered i ask for a supervisor...wait for about 5 mins and a supervisor came on and told him wat was going on and he explained that ive been way over my limit since the 3rd and thats why i keep getting booted... Im like ok but ur site say 1/2 speed after that so i shouldnt be boot..i paid $50.00 for the month for unlimited internet and not to keep getting booted ever hr or 2,it was bull...He said it was my problem and nothing he could do about it as i was over my limit and i would have to deal with it until next month and i told him there wouldnt be a next month as there service sucked...I said im paying for unlimited means unlimited not to get booted all the time and asked him what was his defination of unlimited was???He was like well u still have internet still even tho it keeps booting u and there wasnt anything he could do and asked if there was anything else he could do for me?? i said yeah give me back my money i spent for the device and the crappy service that i was getting he said sorry we cant do that....I was mad and hung up on him..There customer service sucks as there service u spend $50.00 a month for fast speed unlimited internet and u dnt get either..It's not worth $50.00 heck its not worth $5.00 if u ask me.. So i just been dealing with getting booted every hr or 2 and same o same untill my money runs off and wont use it again but still stuck with a $149.88 paper weight..errrrrr.So to all dont do it... Reading others about there credit cards im sooo glad i didnt give them mine...And i have other friends that ive talk to after all this and they have the same problem...Something needs to be done about this its not fair to us people...and get taken advantage of like this...U want to get what u pay for...& not crappy service & crappy customer service and to be screwed.

Well anyways thanks for hearing my complaint and hope something is done about this company.
