Viridian Energy Raised rate, overcharged, and would not give advertised lower new rate Stamford Connecticut
This company is not reputable...they sent out a new promotional rate letter and then said they never received it (I did mail it) and then would not give me that new rate...I called several times but they wouldn't budge...meanwhile they doubled my power rate and would not give a refund or lower the rate to the promotional rate. I then signed up with another energy carrier for a much better rate. Crappy company!!! BEWARE!!!
