Complaint Review: Viridian Lake Apartments - Naples Realty Group

The water billing is inconsistent and much much higher than the rates posted by Fort Myers Public Works Department. They have been overcharging and profitting from a public service and that is not right. ISTA NORTH AMERICA is the company in charge of the billing and their customer support staff pretend to be clueless about the billing. They gave me wrong information about it. It was a waste of time. I sent emails to the property manager and customer support from ISTA-NA and did not get a response.
