Viridian Rep stated that our Electrical Bill would remain the same and competitive with NSTAR.  Not the case.  We are paying 100 - 200% higher than NSTARs rates.  We called to cancel Viridian and they stated it would take up to 2 months to switch. The information they provide is not entirely true and the cost of services enormously hiher than competitiors.
