Complaint Review: Virizon wireless.com

 Near the ending of July i had notice my cell phone went dead and having auto pay and it being a prepaid phone i thought to myself .. well how could this be.. so i called Verizon as i have 2 accounts with this phone carrier and i asked them why is my phone turned off and the lady who i spoke with said because of non payment...i said whoa there...i have auto pay and you were to take it out automatically and she said well let me check it out and i said in the meantime...i have over 500.00 in that account...after looking things over she said i can give you 100.00 back but i cant give you the rest back as it was too much money and she couldnt do anything else about it...i said no way..someone needs to do something now...she said i cant help you anymore and i said who can and she said no one...talk about lousy customer service ... i was shocked that they would even say something like this ...i called back the very next night and spoke with a guy name John and john politely told me that verizon can do whatever it feels like doing and if it wants to take your money and your phone service away from you...they can...2 days ago i talked to another john from a verizon call center in supposedly Greensboro NC and he told me he would do whatever he could to get me my money back on my phone as i told him that phone is for emergencies only is hardly used and he assured me he could get my 500.00 back and he would call me on wed august 14th 2013 around noon time..well i havent heard anything from him yet and i dont think i will hear anything from him...he was only there to calm a customer down and probably saying another satified sucker i got calmed.. im still waiting for my 500.00... verizon has stole 509.and 48 cents to be exact and they now owe me over 640.00 i want my money back and i want it now... verizion is one nasty wireless comp to be hooked up ...anyone out there listening...boycott this comp in the future.... i wanted to also say i have written verizon 3 weeks ago and i still havent had the pleasure of speaking with anyone who can credit my account back...customer service is not one of verizon's fortes...more like customer joke on you sucker !
