Customer service is still not picking up the phone even though after much prodding over the 'net, did finally acknowledge the order was cancelled. Like on Friday, a week after the order was cancelled. My girlfriend ( and her mother!) were upset at not receiving this intended gift potentially imparting irreparable damage to our relationship!
