Complaint Review: Virtual Learning Center

Virtual Learning Center Stephen St. Louis, heirs Disappeared, then forwarded to claiming no responsibility, Internet

I signed up with these people back in September of 2009 and paid them in full.  Around Christmas it was explained to me that the website was down due to the death of the owner.  When attempting to reach VLC.com one is forwarded to homeworker.org who for awhile said the site would be back up less the off line help.

Now they say it is not their responsibility and not to contact them.  Rather they advise talking to a lawyer.

If Stephen St. Louis died as they state, and they inherited, then I believe the heirs to an estate normally have responsibility for the deceased person's financial responsibilities as well.

Homeworker.org appeared to have also been owned by Mr. St. Louis but now they appear to be attempting to distance themselves from VLC.

I had to scrimp awfully hard for the tuition and this rip off has caused me great distress.  If anyone else want to go after these bums let me know.
