Virtual Training Solutions Inc. Glenn Wilford would not cancel and give me a refund, Internet

I was searching for a job on the internet and this Rebate job showed up so I clicked on it to see what this was.  When I read it, it sounded legitimate. Since I have been out of a job for a while I thought this could be worth while.  Virtual Training Solutions talked about how easy it was to set up an account and start making money.  They showed a sample of a form that you would fill out and send an email to the customer who bought a brought your name was attached to on a sellers website. 


I paid with a credit card my wife and I share. After I was able to log on to the Training Solutions Website and then reading more detailed process which involved a third-party (Click BanK) I decided this is not what was advertised on their website.  I received an email from (Plimus Sales) thanking me for my purchase.  Their email stated if I wanted a full Refund to go to their website and request it, which I did.  They responded since I already logged on to the Training Solutions Website that I violated their return policy.  They said if I should contact the (Glenn Wilford) if I had any more questions regarding the refund. I sent an email to him and have not got a response.
