Complaint Review: VirtualBank Or Lydian Private Bank

VirtualBank uses unethical Brokers and the CEO knows it! Unfortunate I got one of those Option Arm Loans, I only discovered this after I got my first Arm letter. The broker told me it was a Five year Interest Only - He lied. I called the Customer Service VP (Diana? she was very unknowledgeable) and the CEO they told me sorry you signed the note, but you can refinance let me transfer you to our lending officers.

Then they sold my loan to another bank.
Way to shift the blame. VirtualBank does not - nor do they ever intend to keep a loan past 30 days.

Their lending philosophies is, cross the bridge, and then burn it..... Unethical ? If car manufactures were like this - I would ride a bike.
