I ordered a dozen roses for my wife for Valentine's Day and nothing was delivered. My wife sat at work depressed watching all her co-workers receive flowers and gifts. I attempted contacting the company ALL day on Feb. 14th for the status of the order - NO ANSWER. I attempted to email - NO ANSWER.

She comes home very dissappointed in me, and I had to apologize for VIRTUALFLOWERS.com unacceptable service. I attempted to contact them the next day - nothing. And were the flowers sent? NO. Their customer service is a nightmare and I'm out $100! I've emailed them, faxed them and called them, and nothing.

If you paid with your credit card, call the company and disput the charges. Let the credit card company know what happend. If it is a debit card talk to the bank.
