Complaint Review: Virtuworx & Mortgage Field Solutions

John Riedl is one of Mike's partners since Mike had many partners in the past and he has many businesses & few of them are not legit and he offers many people to do business with him(where he sees possibilites actually) and John is one of them. They (John Riedl & Mike Kazi) get some contracts by doing some marketing, meeting with different clients and meet with them,  they serve different property preservation companies in their data entry section - updating daily preservation orders. But if you ever deal with them you will face such situations - 

You will get big charge backs every once and then for some major and minor issues such as being irresponsible or being this type - I DON'T CARE!

You will see a lots of orders are pending without even being touched for hours and you will get those as late orders very often. 

The employees of Mike and John's offshore org barely get paid and they have huge fights between the employer and employee, they are not paid well and timely. Employees do not get paid what they were promised to when they were recruited. They do not get paid when those employees get fired. All the employees are with 5 years written legal contract but they very often get fired, when one employee get fired he doesn't get his last month's salary (very true).

You will see your orders are repeatedly being kicked back for not understanding and following contractor's note and for submitting unrelated bids.

There is record of submitting explicit photos instead of submitting property photos in vendor system by their employees as sign of their fights between employee and employer.

You will see or understand the employees they have are not that much English literate or educated - though John says they hire MBA Graduated employees but that is NOT TRUE becuase you would most possibly trust what they says but they wouldn't get you their educational certificates (sometimes that's not possible), there are employees under 18 who are not even O'level completed students. 

They make one employee bound to work by capturing their Education Certificates (Original Copies) and making them frightened of different laws, I think they themselves do not understand a bit of laws they were talking about. 

They sometimes say that they pay well to their employees - THAT IS d**n LIE!

Everything they want to covered up with is money, all the faults they want to wipe off by money. 

The Privacy Policy they have - never implemented and never will be until and unless they have their own employees in USA. 

You might see to tell them for not making contacts or not to respond by their ex-employees, since they have bought the total outsourcing industry, what is really hilarious because they do not want anybody to do outsourcing from their offshore country. These guys are destroying a big business like OUTSOURCING and daming opportunities to make your business bigger and make one talented guy not to work.

If somebody wants to quit the job for not being paid or could not match the environment - they will say like this - "what will you do being out of here? there is no work outside!" you can not just keep somebody in your nest forever and you think there is no job like teaching, practicing law, doing family business in a country rather than some data entry? Come on - Mike & John, think globally!!!

Another thing - you will see a lots of orders are coming back as RTV and they will charge extra $ for every RTV. 

You will not understand every move of them, they will earn your turst at first and then make you pay more and more. 

Very often you will see them offer dinner or lunch, since they want you to be in his grasp and after having dinner with you Mike and John will have a conference call with all of his employees saying - We had dinner with (the client) Peter since he is my friend of childhood. 

You will hear them someday that they started providing Field Services as well but with all being said - are they trustworthy? They won't even pay the contractors and contractors wouldn't work properly, orders would come kicked back, would kept pending for months. 

I strongly recommend everyone to keep yourselves away from them.
