Mike Kazi and John Riedl has been outsourcing property preservation processing tasks to bangladesh to thier fewllow employees where they maintain complete slave tradition and behave their employees like slave. They don't pay them well, even they don't pay them thier exactl salary, make them bound for overtime but don't pey them the overtime paymnet. They don't give salary to those who get fired of 4-5 months. Make employees to sign in false agreement for 5 years and frighten them by sending false lawyer notice to employee's home. 

Mike says that making American guys fool is very easy and he is making good money as he is getting a lot of preservation contracts, while he doesn't care about them, does not care about the quality of the work.

He does not even behave well and provide good salary to the employees working for him in San Bernardino (327 East Redlands Blvd, San Bernardino) in Auto Accessory Warehouse.

Do Not trust guy like Mike Kazi who is from lower class middle east country. He uses numerous phone number to call different people, make people smile with sweet words but he is regarded as the number one scammer of the world.

Ex-employee that was fired for soliciting our clients

This was written by an ex-employee who was fired for soliciting work from our clients outside of work.  Which, as you can imagine, is part of our contract all employees sign.  We hire almost all college graduates and even some MBA's.  In order for us to compete with other companies, that would hire the same talent, we must offer lucritive wages.  

For someone to accuse us of not paying fairly....How does that happen.  Employees can just quit or find another job.

Mike, my business partner, has had his auto accessory business in San Bernardino for nearly 20 years.  It is still running today, so how could someone say he doesn't treat employees fair, clients well or know how to run a business.  We have a large list of clients we work with and several of them are even publicly traded.
