Visa Enhancement Services is not true to their middle name nor their last name. There is no service and there is no enhancement. Their capricious time limitations, etc. are not clearly communicated until it's too late. I had a problem with an electrical component of a tread mill. I filed a claim at the same time that the manufacturer diagnosed the problem and shipped the part.

Did I mention that I am living in Peru and mail is more than slow from the U.S.? The shipment got lost in the the mail (U.S. postal system). The manufacturer did not send out a second shipment (said the did, but did not), they finally delivered with the 3rd go-around, but without an invoice (required by V.E.S.). By the time I recieved the invoice it was too late. Visa Enhancement Services' policies serve no purpose other than to provide them with an out regarding claim payment. Visa Enhancement Services is worthless, like an extended warranty. Do not buy it, even if it costs nothing other than your time - because your time is worth more than you will ever get back from Visa Enhancement Services.
