Complaint Review: visa flex card

Do not apply to this company they approve you and you pay 69.00 to get your visa card that never comes they answer the phone for a few days then you get a recording that they are updating there phones and then  a recording that they are closed and not takeing new apps you never get the card in the mail and never get them to answer the phone after  i founf out they bill you from some place not in the usa . they are also the same company as white diamond cards of del ray beach florida that is also just a frount i have reportrd them to both police depts in florida as well as visa merchant services. so dont fall for there gimmic like i did...
