I went to giant eagle and got a reload pack friday march 25 th for 3.95 and i loaded 39.00 dollars on my card, on the internet at paypower.com it said my balance was 0.00 before loading my reload pack, then when i tryed to load it, it said to call 1888-633-9432 after calling that they took my info and said ok your balance is 39.00 so i tried to make a purchase it did not go through so i called them and they said your card is on hold, which is the 2nd time this happened to me, so the man told me i'm sorry about this your card was overdrawn 43 cents so they put a hold on your card, wait 1 day then he says well 1 or 2 days, i called them sunday about 5 times they said they can page the department in charge for that and someone will call back in 15 minutes after an hour noone called so i called them back and they said sorry that department is closed, i even asked to speak with a supervisor and he said the same stuff, so i called 2 times monday march 28th and i talked to a woman and explained how the one man told me he can page them so they can call back and she said that is a lie they cannot do that, and they just keep giving me the runaround, i even told them i was gonna file a report at ripoffreport.com obviously they don't care, i even told them you should give me some kind of a bonus, they never said anything and they haven't called or anything.

After about 20 phone calls and talking with blackhawk and giant eagle, they resolved the situation, the people at blackhawk were actually more profesional than those at paypower, thanks blackhawk.
