Complaint Review: Visa

I don't remember thier name, all remember is the no intrest, $2500 credit limit,& $289 up front before the car can be used.The first # they gave me was 1-877-572-6751 when we called to find out where the card was because they took the money this # came up 1-800-513-8180. When we called that # they kept hanging up on us.This was our first credit card we thought it would help us get our three kids christmas because that is always a bad time of year for us.
