My Daughter had bought me a Visa Debit Gift Card for Father's Day of 2013 Issued by MetaBank. I had never opened it up. I gave it to my wife as a Christmas Present this year 12/25/14. She went to use the card to get gas and was told the Balance was $0.00. If you call the Toll # it indicates the phone line is under repair.
