Complaint Review: Visalia Eye Cream

 I thought was ordering samples for a free trial and paid for shipping and handling. I was not told I would be charged 89 dollars for each sample if I did not cancel in 14 days. Not only that when I ordered this item it was very confusing as to what I was ordering and I had to call them because it was triple ordered and it was never made clear to me that I was getting the full product and not just samples. I called them on day 15 from date of order, but Day 11 of receiving product--when I saw the pending charges on my bank account. Their customer service refused to refund me and I found out it's not even really a 14 day trial as it starts from the day you order not from when you receive the product. They also kept saying that I agreed to terms and conditions of which I never saw or understood and told me I would not win a dispute of charges because they are backed my the better business bureau. This is a scam as they make you believe you are getting free samples when you are not and then attempt to convince you that you are at fault when they have misled the consumer.
