Viscom Computer crashes, no support and no recovery cd. ripoff business from hell Chaska Minnesota

I have called and called but all i get is a supervisor who says sorry we cant help you.

My computer crashes. I have called and called for a recovery cd but they keep saying use the windows recovery cd. I called tech support which keeps you on hold forever and then they say you need to reboot with the recovery cd. I carried on and they sent me a recovery cd and it was blank. So my computer crashes and crashes.

I paid 1700.00 and extended warranty, but still no help. this company is a ripoff. I am sure they will be very happy my extended warranty is about to expire and i got a call from a supervisor who said im sorry we no longer have the recovery cd for your computer.

Well viscom apparently you never have had it because ive been calling for over a year. This is my first computer and I really didnt know any better but I do now. Do yourself a favor comsumers and stay away from this company.

And if you have bought one of these computers it may be in your best interest to get your recovery cd immediately or youll be sitting with a 2,000.00 machine in a blue error screen and they will have you on hold forever. Also have your serial number ready that takes 45 minutes to find on the d**n thing.

It is unbelievable what I have read on all these post's on the behavor of this company that advertises on Shop NBC.

I feel very sorry for all of you that have experience unprofessional responsibility of this company name Viscom.I was thinking about purchaseing a computer from them one evening but I waited because I felt something was wrong.

1) They keep selling the same computer but state its a new system.

2)Have a $99 special says it is going away but never dose.

3) Shop NBC has Low Life salesman compare to QVC and HSN.Plus there is others, to many to mention.

I am glad I came here to see the truth on this company and I feel sorry for all of you for their false deceptive ways.I hope you will all get together a file a Class Action lawsuit against Viscom and Shop NBC for letting this happen.

And I hope you will get all your money you spent for their Computer product that is defective. You have saved me from going through allot of angrish and heart break.Best of Luck to all of you.

i have the same computer from viscom i had all most the same problem with three modems they all did work talked techsupport so many times
