We purchased a computer (piece of junk) from Viscom in August of 2001. Three days after the purchase, the moniter went out. It took 3 weeks to get it back. About a month later, the drive crashed. It took a month to get the new drive in and an additional two weeks before the tech could come and put the new drive in.

The printer/copier/fax has never worked. We have made several phone calls to these people and have been batted back and forth between Lexmark and Viscom. We have been told the problem is we need a new driver, our ports "may be" bad or that we may need new software.

To this day, we do not have a printer. The last call I made to Viscom, I was told I needed to call the software dept. So I call and stay on hold for 30 minutes. When the man came to the phone, he was very rude and I couldn't understand a word he said.

I have been very disappointed with this purchase from day one. We are out $2000.00!!! I hope something can be done about this rip-off.
