viscom/shopnbc.com ripoff the business that doesn't give a dam internet internet
i ordered acomputer on july 4th 2002 and have never recived it. i have call both shop nbc and viscom and can never get a live person to talk to. i have been trying for 3 weeks to get a hold of some one to tell me if the computer is in shipping or not. I can not belive what i have read about the company. Also last night they were on tv selling the same computer that i order and i was amazed! Some one out here need to do somethingabout both viscom and shop nbc.com
