Viscom Technologies ripoff, Do Not Buy! system is a lemon, I have spent ten months trying to fix this piece of crap Chaska Minnesota
Ever since getting my V 2 Premier computer system I have had nothing but problems with it. It constantly shuts down at random and then displays a blue error screen. The digital lifeline feature is a joke!
It took months of calls before they decided to fix anything. I had a hard drive replaced, it did not solve my problems. I made many calls again then they replaced the motherboard. Still no solution! After many more calls they replaced the memory and now the system is even worse that before!
Now the company says that it will not send any more parts, I need to return the tower. I have spent ten months trying to fix this piece of crap and now my warranty is almost up. I warn all people not to buy from this company!! They should be sued!
