Iwas told that all my software would already be downloaded to my system.[LIARS] I was also told that i had 3 antivirus in my computer , there are none in mine,when i called they told me i had a macaveigh antivirus disk, to download it and i would have a 30 day trial period.Then after that i would have to pay for a
subscription.Then i told them about another problem with my fax, they told me to call lexmark,i asked if we could have a technician come to show me about my fax, still have not had a response.THIS IS THE WORST PRODUCT I HAVE EVER BOUGHT FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY WE SPENT!!!!! 2299.00$
