I simply need to repeat the same stories of several other individuals! Yes, I had my computer less than 30 days when I ran into the first crash. Had to send the whole thing back for a replacement.

Now, less than 6 months later, the same problem again it crashes! Now, after waiting for a new hard drive which the online tech support said was needed, and then for a tech rep to come out, test it and said, no hard drive is okay. It must be the motherboard, same scenario, wait for new motherboard, call for tech rep to come out again. Put in new motherboard, and find out it is not the problem. It must be the cpu!

Great! Only, they wont order the part, now I have to wait for them to ship me out mailing labels before I have to pack up the whole thing and ship back for their inhouse support to check it out and send it back to me!MAYBE IN 2 Weeks!?

It is already 5 days and I still dont even have shipping labels! This is not a reliable unit that I need to keep my business going. I cannot afford to be down for 2-3 weeks!

I plan on contacting my credit card company to see if I have any way of disputing their charges!
