I sent the following to SHOPNBC.COM, VISCOM, and the BBB:

I purchased a Lexmark computer from your TV promo. The computer did not work from the day we set it up. The first CPU had a bad modem that we spent a week phone conferencing with the tech to try to fix. We had to exchange the CPU which then took two weeks to accomplish. When we rec'd our new CPU, we set it up and things looked good. The next morning, we went in to use the computer and it wouldn't start. Again, time on tech support. Their suggestion another exchange. No thanks! (At this point we have wasted a month) We returned all computer components and confirmed by UPS tracking that Viscom had rec'd the three boxes (at my expense..$60.55). We have now had two charges to our C.C. account for a computer that never worked. When I contacted Viscom with my concerns about charges, they informed me that I would probably be charged at least once more. This means that there is nearly $1000 worth of my money floating around with your company (according to VISCOM rep), and I have nothing to show for it. I am terribly disappointed that your company would so strongly support this product since I have since researched and discovered numerous other complaints about VISCOM products. I would like full reimbursement ASAP!! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and sharing my frustrations and disappointment with them as well. thank you
