I purchased a V2Premier from ShopNBC and had to go buy a mouse because the one they provided did not work. I could not take advantage of the 6 months of free AOL because the modem in the computer was defective and would not connect. When I tried to get help from technical support the people were rude and did not know what they were doing.

I called them day after day and always got someone that could not help me. Troubleshoot is not something their technical support knows anything about. It took forever to even get someone on the line and then they did not know what to do and promised that someone more experience would call and no call was ever received. Their customer service stinks!!!!!!!

I'm in the process of trying to send it back, but I have to wait for them to send me a return authorization. I hope that is not another one of their schemes to make your return pass their 30 day limit. This company is bad news and I will never, ever buy anything that even looks like it might come from Viscom. I am going to tell everyone I know to steer clear of Viacom's computer systems and anything else they sell.
