Recently I purchased a complete computer system from Shop NBC, a V2 Premierviscom, the system worked ok for 12 months then the system started to freeze up at any point when the systems was being used, Rebooting computer or restart, nothing helped.

At last I tried to call and email Viscom for tech help and had no help, then my system completely locked up and after it cost me about $300 worth of help from a local computer IT company they fixed my problem so I could at least use my system.

They informed me the system is not as advertised and would have been better off using the money to buy from a brand name company.

I still use the system at home with reservations knowing at anytime the system may take another dump, at that point instead of putting more money into the system, I will buy another from ie Dell, Gateway, HP or at least not Shop NBC
