I stared with Visible.Net after working with 2 prior internet web design developers and coaching companies. At that point, I told them I could not afford to move my online internet store to another templated website base until it became profitable. Visible. Net did a complete 'analysis' of my site, assured me that there was much good about it and that they felt, if I committed to doing the work they recommended that we could make the site profitable so that it would later be cost effective to transfer over to their superior website template, aka Warhead which was then in final stages of development.  At the time that I started, even they agree that there would have been considerable downtime if I were to change website templates.

I worked incredibly hard--many times more than 60 or 70 hours a week, loading products, redesigning pages, following SEO practices recommended by Andrew Brein and Jack McClure. They knew me well because I was such a hard worker.  Nonetheless, after nearly a year, I had only had about 20 some sales and this didn't even come close to covering my costs, well in excess of $7000 and continuing at nearly $170/month, not including web hosting and other attendant costs.

When I asked for a review, they then told me -through their marketing 'expert' J. Wilfong that my template was inadequate. First he wanted me to invest another $4000 to get into the Warhead template. When I said I could not afford it, he offered to let me change to Warhead "at no cost" if I would commit to paying a reduced fee of app. $125/month. The catch--which he mentioned only after I asked that if I tried it and was unhappy?  "You would have to sign a 3 year contract."

Their people are knowledgeble and helpful to a point.  Their social marketing instruction consists of sending you articles from other sites and no real direction at all. Their SEO people are constantly telling you that it is going to take years to be successful but no one of course mentions this when you sign up.  It all comes out later in the wash once you have spent hours upon hours doing repetitive, mind-numbing work and then they blame your site template (someone else), or your product niche (which they of course thought was great when you started) or the fact that you are not using their "superior" products and services.

I could not afford to continue.  When the coach spent over an hour of my time trying to learn (while he was supposed to be teaching me ) how to do a free survey (that seemed unnecessary with only about 20 customers-what I wanted was to develop more traffic), I got pretty disgusted.  They offer you the moon and can't/ don't/won't deliver unless you keep spending thousands and thousands more.  I got scammed this time but I learned.  Hopefully this will save someone else the grief, time and headaches. These guys are not honest, they don't care about developing long term business relationships and they waste a heck of a lot of your time. Be warned and don't go near them!!! Ever!!!
