On Sept. 7 2017 at 5:45 walked out to carport to go to work my truck was gone,first I thought it was stolen,but I decided to call the towing company.I called all mornig long got answering machine they finaly answerd at 08:30 yes they said they had my truck. I asked why they said I had no parking permit, I told him it was in the back window he said it was gone. I have lived in this complex 7 years this Oct. We just got this new management company so far when came all they did was tell everone had to do to clean up our area. yet they took 7 monthys to repear our giant pothole.know they hire a towing company to vulter around looking for evil trucks.I got ahold of my realtor she cant get ahold of this Lopez so she says,I lookat the rules & regulations they just handed out,ther is no mention of parking permit also the towing company was supposed to tag me befor I get towed that didnt happened. Any way Im trying to get my money back from the HOA for wrongfull tow N. Lopez answered one time told me they where working with my realtor wich was news to them. what I want is my $155.00 back from some one Im on a fixed income . please see if you can help.
